8. Use of our webshop
8.1 If you intend to place orders in our web shop, as far as available on this website, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you give us your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information necessary for the processing of contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order. For this purpose, we can pass on your payment data to our principal bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 cl. 1 lit. b GDPR.
To the extent that this is available on our website, you can voluntarily create a customer account, through which we can store your data for further subsequent purchases. When you create an account under "My account", the data you provide will be stored on a revocable basis. You can always delete all the other data, including those of your user account, in the customer area.

9.1 As far as you want to use our portal, if available on this website, you have to register by entering your e-mail address, a password of your own choice and your freely selectable user name. There is no obligation to use a real name, pseudonymous use is possible.9 We use the so-called double-opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is only complete once you have confirmed your registration by clicking on the link contained in a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose.
